and the new, more grounded but also more warm
A new staple in Artifact decks for sure, any deck that reeeeally wants to tutor up the Clamp, and basically any deck that has 3+ good targets for it
In the "Savage Hunter" deck, rather than Izoni, Thousand-Eyed and Mask of Immolation, you'll find these two new cards perfect for multiplayer games with that Jund sacrifice deck: And in the "Knights' Charge" deck, rather than Shivan Dragon and Tajic, Legion's Edge, you'll find these two multiplayer-attacking powerhouses: As Melissa alluded to earlier, this is one of the ways they could make cards that were powerful for Brawl, without risking that the set would have cards you would badly need for Standard Constructed
This artifact has a fun story attached to it, too: Originally, Skullclamp was designed to give a +1/+1 buff, but before seeing print the Magic designers thought that such a buff would make Skullclamp too powerful and they changed it to +1/-1
